Coach Guy's Progressive Hybrid Program is meant to better serve my clients, following years of working with clients both face-to-face and online, as well as a variety of ways that combined the two approaches.
My clients have been seeing a lot of success in recent years, by gradually going from a plan that combined weekly sessions and my online program, to one that was strictly online-based.
This gradual transition allows the people I work with to get the best of both worlds - having my full guidance and in-person support in the early stages, and eventually becoming more self-sufficient and confident enough to continue their progress without having to schedule a weekly session with me (or paying for it!).
This led to the creation of my current main program - the Progressive Hybrid Program, that is guaranteed to change the way you feel about working out and your own abilities - in 3 months or less!
